Get To Know Us

Where is MyDogify based?

MyDogify is based in the beautiful Jersey Channel Islands.

Jersey is an island off the south England near France.

We are currently online only, however we do attend local events around the island and hold pop-up shops throughout the year in St Helier.

Where do we ship?

We currently ship to: Jersey, Guernsey and the United Kingdom.

All shipping rates are the standard rates set by Jersey Post/Royal Mail - these are all based on the total weight of the order.

We aim to dispatch every order within 1-2 working days to ensure a fast turnaround for our customers.

Once we have passed your order onto Jersey Post/Royal Mail, the delivery speed is out of our control.

As we are located in Jersey Channel Islands please allow more time then usual for delivery.

Do we sell dog treats?

Yes.

We stock 100% natural dog treats.
