How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our website, select the products you love, and add them to your cart. Follow the easy checkout process to provide shipping information and complete your purchase securely.

We currently ship to:

- Guernsey (Channel Islands)

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, MyDogify does not currently offer international shipping. However, as the business grows, we are looking to expand to different areas to ship our dog hampers to.
How long does shipping take and when can I expect my order?
We aim to ship every order within 2-3 working days to ensure a fast turnaround for our customers. Once we have passed your order onto Jersey Post/Royal Mail, the delivery speed is out of our control. Orders can take up to 5 business days to deliver. As we are located in Jersey Channel Islands please allow more time then usual for delivery to mainland UK.

What is your return policy?
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unwashed, free from any animal hair and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- Reason for return/refund
- Photograph of any damage (if applicable)

Our Dog hampers are thoughtfully curated collections of dog toys, dog treats and dog accessories for your furry friend. At MyDogify, our dog hampers are specially designed to bring joy to both you and your dog, featuring a variety of items and treats.
Can I personalise products for my dog?
Unfortunately, we do not create fully personalised products, however with some of our hampers (Birthday dog hampers and Christmas dog hampers) we include a personalised card especially for your pup!

How do I use and what can I put on MyDogify Lick Mat's?
Lick mats are made from silicone with grooves that you spread your topping of choice into. Your dog then licks around the mat to grab the food using their tongue.
It's like a food treasure hunt for them, using their super skilled tongue. It's not just about the munchies; it's a mental stimulation too! The mat's bumpy texture makes them think and concentrate as they lick!
If you want to make the lick mat last even longer, place in a few hours before giving to your dog. This will freeze the toppings, making it harder to eat and using even more mental stimulation.
You can put a range of your dog's favourite toppings on the lick mat including, almond/peanut butter, blended fruit, blended cooked veg, pumpkin puree, patte, natural yoghurt, cream/cottage cheese, wet dog food and much more.
How do I use and what cubes can I make with MyDogify Ice Cube Trays?
Our Ice Cube trays make a great homemade treat idea for dogs.
Simply pour in any dog-safe liquid that gets your pup's tail wagging. Such as, chicken/beef/bone broth, yogurt, blended fruit, blended cooked veg, pumpkin puree, natural yogurt and much more.
Pop that tray into the freezer and wait for the magic to happen. It's like making ice, but way more exciting!
Once frozen, you've got these cute cubes of canine happiness.
Hand them out to your dog whenever you please, and watch them go crazy over their frosty treat. It's like doggy ice cream!
Some of our trays are even oven-friendly (check the temperature details in the product description). So you can even pop that tray into the oven on a low heat and bake up some homemade treats of your choice.
