MyDogify Spin The Wheel (Saturday 27th July - Saturday 3rd August 2024)

The promoter of this spin the wheel event is MyDogify. This spin the wheel promotion is only available at our MyDogify shop in the Central Market, St Helier, Jersey.

To be eligible for a spin on the wheel, entrants must:

• Spend £10 or more at the MyDogify shop in the Central Market, St Helier, Jersey.

Eligible entrants will:

• Receive ONE free spin on the wheel.
• Each customer can only spin once regardless of the number of qualifying purchases made. Making multiple separate purchases will not allow a customer to repeat the spin.

The starting date of this promotion is Saturday 27th July 2024 at 9:00am. The end date is Saturday 3rd August 2024 at 4:30pm. By entering this spin the wheel event, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Prizes:

Various prizes will be available to win by spinning the wheel. These will include:

• £1 off (your purchase)
• 10% off (your purchase)
• Poop Bags
• Tennis Ball
• Keyring

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, MyDogify reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. If you win an item that has gone out of stock, you must spin again. There is no cash alternative. No part of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items, or additions. The prize is not transferable.

MyDogify accepts no responsibility for entries which are incomplete, delayed, corrupted, damaged, or not received for whatever reason.

This promotion does not apply to online orders.

MyDogify reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate, or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reasons outside its reasonable control and, in doing so, accept no liability to any entrants or third parties.

MyDogify’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

Additional Rules:

• Please take care when spinning the wheel. Anyone purposely being irresponsible and causing damage will have to pay for the full value of any damages caused.
